Alan Perez is a bilingual luxury real estate advisor serving clients across both the Florida and New York markets. Before launching his real estate career, Alan spent nearly a decade with renowned luxury retailers Giorgio Armani and Bergdorf Goodman, where he developed the elevated level of service, discretion, and attention to detail that continue to define his approach today. Coming from a family deeply rooted in real estate, he combined that foundation with his luxury retail experience to build a client-first business centered on trust, relationships, and long-term success.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate of Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
